The 2006 Ole Miss Rebels football team represented the University of Mississippi as a member of the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 2006 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by second-year head coach Ed Orgeron, the Rebels compiled an overall record of 4–8 with a mark of 2–6 in conference play, tying of fourth place in the SEC's Western Division.
