Parliamentary elections were held in UN-administered Kosovo on 17 November 2001. They were the first elections for the Transitional Assembly of Kosovo following the establishment of the United Nations Interim Administration (UNMIK) in 1999. The elections were organised and supervised by UNMIK and the OSCE Mission in Kosovo and were monitored by the Council of Europe Mission in Kosovo.[1]
