1985 West Bank land fraud case
The 1985 West Bank land fraud case was a 1985 scandal involving fraudulent sales of land in the West Bank.[1][2][3]
Events
The scandal erupted in August 1985.[4][5][6]
On 13 January 1986, 17 Palestinians were arrested in connection with the case.[7]
The scandal led to the death of Israeli real estate developed Avraham Gindi in June 1986.[8]
