The 1978 Ramazzotti Cup – Doubles was an event of the 1978 Ramazzotti Cup tennis tournament and was played on indoor carpet courts at the Palazzo dello Sport in Milan, Italy, between 27 March and 2 April 1978. The draw comprised 14 teams and four of them were seeded. The unseeded team of José Higueras and Víctor Pecci won the doubles title after a three-sets win in the final against second-seeded pairing Wojciech Fibak and Raúl Ramírez, 5–7, 7–6, 7–6.[1][2]
