The 1799 Connecticut lieutenant gubernatorial election was held on April 8, 1799, in order to elect the lieutenant governor of Connecticut. Incumbent Federalist lieutenant governor John Treadwell was re-elected unopposed by the Connecticut legislature.[1]

On election day, April 8, 1799, incumbent Federalist lieutenant governor John Treadwell was re-elected unopposed by the Connecticut legislature. Treadwell was sworn in for his second term on May 9, 1799.[2]
