Čierne nad Topľou (Hungarian: Felsőfeketepatak) is a village and municipality in Vranov nad Topľou District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1399.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 158 metres (518 ft)[3] and covers an area of 8.33 km2 (3.22 sq mi) (2024).[4]
