Die Communauté d’agglomération d’Épinal ist ein französischer Gemeindeverband mit der Rechtsform einer Communauté d’agglomération im Département Vosges in der Region Grand Est. Der Gemeindeverband wurde am 1. Januar 2017 gegründet und umfasst 78 Gemeinden. Der Verwaltungssitz befindet sich im Ort Golbey.[2]
Historische Entwicklung
Der Gemeindeverband entstand mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2017 durch die Fusion der Vorgängerorganisationen
- Communauté d’agglomération d’Épinal (vor 2017) und der
- Communauté de communes de la Vôge vers les Rives de la Moselle
Außerdem wurden weitere 29 Gemeinden anderer Verbände integriert. Trotz der Namensgleichheit mit der Vorgängerorganisation handelt es sich um eine Neugründung mit anderer Rechtspersönlichkeit.
Mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2018 verließen die Gemeinden Hergugney und Savigny die Communauté de communes de Mirecourt Dompaire und wechselten zum hiesigen Verband.
